Description
Inhibition of chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans (CSPGs) produced by the glial scar represents one of th emajor challeges for regeneration and repair following spinal code surgery. The long-term goal of this study is to identify the mechanism(s) of CSPG-induced inhibition following nervous system injury and employ this knowledge for clinical application.
