Description
Red impoerted fire ant (RIFA) was found in Kentucky in October of 2009; therefore, regulatory personnel
in Kentucky will continue to survey for this insect pest using visual surveys and baited canisters. These
surveys will allow for the detection and eradication of RIFA in Kentucky.
