Regional Consortium for Leadership, Outreach, and Training (Regional CLOUT)

Regional CLOUT is a collaboration of 5 county health departments in Central Kentucky that will I,) Conduct an educational outreach program on the potential health risk associated with lead exposure as part of the efforts to increase the screening; 2,) Provide training on § 1018 of the Toxic Substance Control Act and EPA/HUD approved Lead-Safe Work Practices (LSWP); and 3,) Seek a new or modified ordinance or regulation for property owners, realtors, and contractors to further protect children from additional lead exposure,
