Scope of Work: Dr. Campbell Grant and other site personnel at University of Kentucky will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling participants in the study and tracking subject progress to ensure completion of study measures within defined windows. Dr. Grant will ensure complete data collection and transfer from University of Kentucky to the data coordinating center at CHOP. Dr. Grant and site personnel will complete and maintain all required human subjects training, IRB documentation, and participate in research meetings and conference calls as needed. PKIDS is an observational, prospective, cohort study that compares stone clearance and patient experiences for ureteroscopy, shockwave lithotripsy, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy. This study will be conducted by the Pediatric KIDney Stone (PKIDS) Care Improvement Network, which includes 20 pediatric healthcare systems (22 sites) in the United States. To receive payment for per-participant amounts, invoicing shall occur for participants with completed chart review data who are beyond the study’s 3-month post-operative timepoint. Participants’ Study ID numbers must be indicated on the invoice.
