Scope of Work statement Project Title: Transcriptional and non-transcriptional functions of IRF3 in ALD Start/End Dates: 07/01/2024 – 06/30/2029 SubPI Name: Saurabh Chattopadhyay Project Description (including objectives, tasks, and deliverables as applicable): Dr. Chattopadhyay will be responsible for studies on interaction between autophagy and IRF3 and will continue to work with Drs. J. Wu, X. Wu and Arya in the Nagy lab in the cellular and molecular aspects of understanding the regulation of IRF3 phosphorylation and ubiquitination during the progression of liver injury. In addition, Dr. Chattopadhyay’s lab will maintain mouse colony required for the projects proposed in the application. Dr. Chattopadhyay and Dr. Nagy lab members meet regularly via Zoom, email, and joint lab meetings.
