Research and Information Systems Management for the KY Department for Mental Health/Mental Retardation

To provide for the management of Information/Research Systems and Data Support Services to the Department and its Facilities, which also includes data collection from the fourteen Regional MHMR Boards. as detailed in the scope of services of this agreement. Payments will be made monthly upon approval of appropriate billing showing actual expenses incurred. (This payment shall include $1,000 per month for Data Storage and Web Page Maintenance for the Division of Substance Abuse - Federal SAPT Block.)
