Description
Dr. Li Will be responsible for supervising postdoc to conduct DNA mismatch repair activity assays, ATPase assay and gel-shit analysis described in Aim 2. These assays will determine the impact of deacetylation/acetylation on MSH2 MMR activity. Dr. G-M Li will also provide mentorship to Dr. Zhang in the area of DNA mismatch repair.
