Grants and Contracts Details

Description

STATEMENT OF WORK Task 2A—Determine Beginning Coordinates for 100-m Road Sections in Barron County, Wisconsin The Subcontractor shall determine the beginning latitude, longitude, and distance along the road for 100-m road sections for all of the approximately 292-mi county road network in Barron County, Wisconsin, and provide these data to MRIGlobal in Microsoft Excel® or Comma Separated Value (csv) format. The road network in Barron County consists primarily of undivided roads that will be coded in one direction of travel only. Task 2B—Determine Beginning Coordinates for 100-m Road Sections in Palm Beach County, Florida The Subcontractor shall determine the beginning latitude, longitude, and distance along the road for 100-m road sections for all of the approximately 264-mi county road network in Palm Beach County, Florida, and provide these data to MRIGlobal in Microsoft Excel® or csv format. The road network in Palm Beach County consists of approximately 264 centerline miles of roadway, with 136 miles of undivided roadway that will be coded in one direction of travel only and 128 miles of divided roadway that will be coded separately for each of the two directions of travel. Thus, a total of approximately 392 mi of roadway will be coded in Palm Beach County. Task 2C—Code Input Data Set for ViDA Software for County Roads in Barron County, Wisconsin The Subcontractor shall code a complete input data set for the usRAP ViDA software for each 100-m section for all of the approximately 292-mi county road network in Barron County, Wisconsin. The Subcontractor shall provide both data coders and an experienced supervisor for the data coders. The coding shall be done using photo imagery from Google Street View® or an equivalent source. The Subcontractor shall deliver the standard ViDA input file to MRIGlobal in Microsoft Excel® or csv format, ready for quality review by MRIGlobal. The Subcontractor shall assist MRIGlobal in resolving an errors or inconsistencies identified in the coded data. The Subcontractor shall, if requested, incorporate values for selected variables, such as traffic volume (AADT), lane width, or shoulder width in the coded data files based on electronic data provided by Barron County. If the Subcontractor is not awarded Task 2A, the Subcontractor may assume that the beginning coordinates for 100-m roadway sections on the Barron County road network will be provided by MRIGlobal in Microsoft Excel® or csv format at the beginning of Task 2C. Task 2D—Code Input Data Set for ViDA Software for County Roads in Palm Beach County, Florida The Subcontractor shall code a complete input data set for the usRAP ViDA software for each 100-m section for all of the approximately 264-mi county road network in Palm Beach County, Florida (including 136 mi of undivided roads to be coded in one direction of travel and 128 mi of divided roads to be coded in two directions of travel). The Subcontractor shall, if requested, incorporate values for selected variables, such as traffic volume (AADT), lane width, or shoulder width in the coded data files based on electronic data provided by Palm Beach County. If the Subcontractor is not awarded Task 2B, the Subcontractor may assume that the beginning coordinates for 100-m roadway sections on the Palm Beach County road network will be provided by MRIGlobal in Microsoft Excel® or csv format at the beginning of Task 2D.
