The University of Kentucky (UK) submitted a plan regarding Kentucky Online Testing Development and Senate Bill 1. The
UK plan to expand the Kentucky Online Testing exams (KYOTE) technology and implement KYOTE college readiness
examinations. The UK Kentucky Online Testing exams (KYOTE) system proposal is hereby incorporated by reference.
