Description

The University of Kentucky Prevention Research Center (UK PRC) will work with the Kentucky Department for Public Health to provide evaluation services to obtain program goals and measure outcomes to increase breast and cancer screenings in Kentucky. Specifically, the UK PRC will: 1) Meet with breast and cervical cancer screening program staff to review grant work plans, data sources and expected deliverables as a result of funding; 2) Conduct process/data analysis, lead evaluation plan development, implementation and evaluation reporting and dissemination of findings and present reports to stakeholders; 3) Develop an evaluation plan and reports for the breast and cervical cancer screening program grant utilizing CDC guidelines/recommendations; 4) Review, update and disseminate evaluation plan per CDC guidelines/recommendations 5) Develop evaluation plans and final evaluation reports for the breast and cervical cancer screening program, and surveys and other tools needed to meet the grant performance measures.
