Description
The University of Kentucky Prevention Research Center (UK PRC) will develop evaluation plans and evaluation reports for the Kentucky Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program and the Kentucky Women’s Cancer Screening Program, Department for Public Health (DPH), as well as other tools needed to meet the grants’ performance measures.
Specifically, UK will:
1) Meet with state program staff to review grant action plans, work plans, data sources, and
expected products as a result of funding;
2) Analyze current grant evaluation plans and deliverables and provide DPH guidance to
enhance, finalize, and implement the DPH evaluation plan objectives;
3) Analyze current strategic plans and deliverables and provide DPH guidance to enhance,
finalize, and implement the DPH strategic plan;
4) Conduct process/data analysis, lead evaluation plan development, implementation and
evaluation reporting and dissemination of findings and present reports to stakeholders;
5) Review, update and disseminate evaluation plans per CDC guidelines/recommendations
