Description

In order to develop a manual of effective classroom management strategies for Chinese teachers at the elementary, middle and high school levels in the United States, I need to observe several Chinese teachers. Through data analysis of qualitative observation notes, I can identify needs and recommend appropriate teaching and management strategies.
