SCOPE: Public Health Data Integration Survey System-Managing an Internet Survey Firm's Selection & Performance & Combining Resulting Datasets from 3 Public Health Membership Organization Surveys

This project furthers the efforts of the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH) to survey their membership through an integrated survey instrument. The University of Kentucky Center for Public Health Systems and Services Research (UK CPHSSR) will collaborate with the three associations and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) to (1) develop and issue a request for proposal detailing the need for a survey system to manage and administer three successive survey instruments, (2) Issue RFP's to accomplished firms in the field of internet survey administration, (3) provide management to the RFP process and (4) provide oversight of the selected vendor to assure coordination and timely survey administration. The UK CPHSSR seeks $150,000 for an eighteen month period to complete this project.
