Scope: Zixue He:Confucius Institute Faculty International Travel Grant

I am applying for the UKCI Faculty Grant Program (for fiscal year 2018) in support of my conference travel to Leiden, Netherlands (May 22-23), and Prague, Czech Republic, (May 24- 26) in order to present China-related research to, and network with researchers and scholars from across the world. This conference is organize by The International Communication Association (ICA), which is the premier academic organization for scholars interested in the discipline of communication worldwide, and its annual convention is the major venue for prominent researchers to disseminate their research to peers and to network with colleagues. This year, I have four presentations that have been accepted in competitive, peer-reviewed preconference sessions.
