Description
This study addresses a current deficiency that may exist in SEER registries related to the transmission of reportable cases to state registries within six months of diagnosis. Unless subsequent reports are transmitted and incorporated into the SEER registry, treatment data may be incomplete. This study is designed to evaluate the extent to which the SEER Kentucky Cancer Registry statewide implementation of the Cancer Patient Data Management System (CPDMS) facilitates complete treatment reporting.
