This subcontract to the Project #1: PCBs: Metabolism, Genotoxicity and Gene Expression in Vivo with the University of Kentucky. Personnel there led by Howard Glauert, Ph.D.: Co-Project Leader will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the preparation of the frozen tissue sections, histochemical or immunohistochemical staining and the quantitation of enzyme altered hepatic foci on the computer digitizing system located in his laboratory, and analysis of the data. Dr. Glauert has worked on the Superfund project for the past 7 years. and is experienced in the analysis of altered hepatic foci.
