Description
Child Welfare Sustain is an innovative program aimed at building the public child welfare workforce in Kentucky. The program provides support – financial and otherwise – to individuals looking to advance their skills in administrative leadership, policy assessment and analyses, and evaluation. As well, the program deploys unique retention services aimed at supporting the whole worker, both personally and professionally.
