Regionalized Adoptive Support and Collaboration provides necessary supports to Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) Recruitment and Certification Teams, Regional Adoption Specialist and Permanency Services Branches in the administration of ARC and Special Needs Adoption programs, therapeutic services to children and adoptive families in both the pre and post adoptive process, and training facilitation and curriculum preparation for both the pre and post adoptive process.
