Atter starting this new year's work, it has been determined that additional work hours are needed for the Instructional Discipline Pilot
Project (IDPP) Lead Evaluator. ,
The vendor will support development of regional interagency transition planning teams with leadership by the special education
cooperatives, improve capacity of vocational and post-secondary programs to support students with disabilities. They will develop
pre-service secondary transition training modules for use by college faculty, provide training for higher education disability service
coordinators on transition process and requirements, development of a 'Going to College' handbook and awareneSS ma'erials for
IEP teams on the Supports for Community-Living Medicaid Waiver. They will improve the capacity of paraeducators to meet NCLB
,competencies by development of online training modules, work with KCTCS to develop a 18 hour paraeducator certificate program,

develop a collaborative agreement for training paraeducators through KY Adult Learning Centers, including online admi

istration of
,the KY ParaEducator Assessment and create opportunities for networking for paraeducators. Provide funds for externa evaluation
iof SIG project implementation. .
Ky. Dept. of Education will pay one-fourth upon approval of Master Agreement with receipt of invoice from vendor. Vendor will
thereafter invoice on a quarterly cost reimbursement basis including a summary of expenditures consistent with the budget
submitted to KDE. Final invoice must be received within 60 days of expiration of Master Agreement.
