Description
OBJECTIVES: This project will develop and/or identify measures of effecti veness for roadway
performance and efficient means of collecting peliinent data. A pilot system for collecting
traffic operations performance measurements will be deployed and evaluated. This project will
I) install the system at several field locations as a proof-of-concept of the system and 2) collect
information to assess the effectiveness of the system to produce effective and meaningful
performance measures.
