SJPB FS Primary Evaluation

First Steps, Kentucky's early Intervention System, is Kentucky's Implementation of the Part C program as outlined in the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The First Steps Program is the Part C Program of the Individuals with Disbailities Education Act. The program provides early intervention services to children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays and/or medical condition with an incresed risk of developmental delay.
