Small Learning Community Implementation Evaluation

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION THIRD-PARTY EV ALUA TORS FOR SMALL LEARNING COMMUNITY IMPLEMENT A TlON GRANT December 1,2003 through June 30, 2004 1. University of Kentucky team, headed by Dr. Tom Guskey and to include Dr. Eric Anderman and Dr. Margaret Rintamaa, to conduct meetings with the program managers, Clay Goode and Janie Cottrell, to establish guidelines for the evaluation process and status of progress on grant strategies and programs. 2. UK team to read and review the grant application. 3. Dr. Rintamaa to work with Fayette County Schools Data and Research Department to obtain baseline data. 4. Dr. Rintamaa to meet with program managers and academic deans to access initial year progress with the implementation of the grant. 5. Dr. Rintamaa to meet with program managers to discuss findings and evaluation procedures for 2004-2005. Attached are resumes ofthe University of Kentucky team to establish their expertise.
