Description

UK shall develop and distribute all necessary handout materials during each of the short courses. Include any necessary soil excavations for thefield sessions. Develop training manual for future sessions. Develop and administer a competency exam to all students upon completion of courses. Provide exam scores by Thursday of the week following Soils Morphonlgoy I. Issue completion certs to all students who successfully complete the courses and pass exam. Utilize Registered Sanitarians Examiining Committee Official Sign-Sin Sheet and forward to Cabinet program staff. Duraitons of contract is to allow for any cancellations and rescheduling of the courses. The Soils Morphology I Course shall consist of an introduction of basic soil morphology and shall be held at the UK facilities. This course will be held in two separate sessions. It will be 4 days in length with at least two days of field training per four-day sessions. The Soils II Course shall consist of continuing education for onsite sewage disposal systems inspectors. Soils Morphonogy II sesions shall consist of one to two days in length at various field locations statewide and shall be held inconjuctions with other continuing educatin courses provided by the Cabinet for Health Services.
