Southeast Kentucky Revitalization Project: Evaluation Process

Dr. Davis will lead the evaluation of the Southeast Kentucky Revitalization program. She will be evaluating the short and long-term impacts of the program including exploring new jobs and earnings resulting from construction and hospitality training. In addition, she will evaluated the impacts from the annual Mural Fest, an arts/design training held in Harlan, Kentucky. Dr. Davis will present a final report to Southeast Kentucky Community Technical College at the end of the project period as well as interim progress reports.
