University of Kentucky Food Systems Innovation Center Scope of Work Objective 1. Continue to develop and deliver region and stakeholder specific education, training curricula, and technical assistance programs. The UK-FSIC will continue to educate growers, processors, cooperative Extension agents, and other stakeholders on FSMA related material. Objective 2. Evaluate the impacts of education, training and technical assistance programs. The UK-FSIC will work with the Southern Center by providing pre- and post-test information from the PSA grower trainings and assist with evaluations and determining the impacts of the FSMA related programs.
