Abstract:
The University of Kentucky Research - Human Development Institute (UK-HDI) will serve as
a partner for the infrastructure development, program evaluation, and continuous
improvement of the State Personnel Development Grant (DOE-OSEP) funded PLAN project
which seeks to develop and support Tennessee education professionals to mitigate
barriers and improve post-school outcomes for students with disabilities through a
capacity building professional development program for postsecondary transition.
