Description
Treatments will be placed at the selected locations and speed data will be collected at each location. KTC personnel will visit these sites and collect required data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each treatment. Analysis of collected data will be performed to determine the most effective treatments, and design guidelines will be proposed for review and approval.
Objectives are a follows: Evaluate existing designs utilized in rural areas to built-up transition zones Document and identify case studies in Kentucky Conduct site evaluation of specific treatments
