Description
Objectives: This project will investigate alternative funding options for transportation in Kentucky. Phase one will involve a compilation of past research and development of a matrix of various funding options. Phase two will determine which are most applicable to Kentucky, using the committee chair to guide the selection process. Then, several case studies using these selected options will be undertaken. This project will ultimately present several possible future alternative funding regimes that are applicable to Kentucky along with extensive case studies.
