Description
The objective of this research will be to summarize the information on state quick clearance laws. KTC Staff will identify states that have implemented this law with a hold harmless clause and will provide a summary of how this element was included and the benefits received as a result. KTC Staff will also look at states without the clause and identify issues resulting from the omission of this clause.
