Description

The proper execution of this program requires a variety of outreach and representation activities that includes the active involvement or principal investigators and program managers. The cost of communicating progress and coordinating research initiatives with other highway project researchers and research administrators, at state and federal levels, is provided. This will include the costs of attending regional and national highway transportation research meetings, workshops, seminars and participating in special topic research panels. In addition, special communication initiatives required on a project-by-project basis will be provided in order to better assure implementation and provide useful information to targeted stakeholders during the progress of research projects.
