Description
Tbis study will investigate CBA applications and templates that could be used at KYTC to assist
with project prioritization and other opportunities. To develop accurate, supportable CBA for grant
proposals and other projects all methods and practices for CBA should be examined. The
methodology used and desired impacts will vary based on project scope and data availability. CBAs
help grant proposers show realistic cost/benefit estimates that can withstand scrutiny while meeting
·project requirements.
