Projects and Grants per year
Grants and Contracts Details
Description
The Archaeology GIS Predictive Model has been developed for most of the state of Kentucky with some modifications to Western Kentucky models still pending. Implementation is ongoing to create the tools that will allow KYTC archaeologists to use the model results directly, and to be updated and supplemented by KTC GIS staff. This year’s work is intended to find ways to improve certain spatial portions of the model and to provide updates or maintenance to other portions of it.
