Description

Abstract: The Kentucky Disaster Behavioral Health Response Grant will provide crisis services, mental health and substance use disorder treatment, recovery services, and other related supports to adults and school-aged children in 21 counties in the Appalachian region of Kentucky impacted by natural disasters during 2019. The program evaluation has primarily two goals—1) assessing the pace of implementation, impact of the intervention pathway on increasing the number of individuals accessing services and 2) impact of the intervention pathway on client outcomes.
