Star Plus: Promoting Quality Improvement for Family Child Care Providers in QRIS using a Community of Practice Model

Sub-contract on grant application with the University of Delaware for “OPRE Child Care Partnership Proposal”. Work will include conducting focus groups and coordinating data collection for 60 family child care homes across the state. Project consists of oversight of personal service contracts and coordinating work for data collectors using approved family child care tool to look at quality of care.
