State Professinal Development Grant (SPDG): KY Post-School Outcome Study (KYPSO)

Oversee Annual Youth One Year Out (YOYO) Completion; Refine YOYO based upon feedback; Share YOYO data with Kentucky Department of Education/Division of Learner Services (KDE/DLS), Special Education Cooperatives (Coops), Local Education Agencies (LEAs); Load data on web; Generate state, regional and local reports for YOYO; Develop Professional Development (PD) materials for conducting YOYO; Provide training to interviewers / data coordinators on data collection; Provide training to LEAs and Coops on interpreting and using data to improve transition; Develop needs assessment of transition programs; Analyze, report and recommend strategies based on needs assessment; Perform extensive data analysis of postschool outcome data; Share findings with other state agencies and groups; Coordinate KyPSO Advisory Group; Work with KDE to incorporate KyPSO data into longitudinal data System; Contribute to State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) workgroup regarding Indicator 14.
