Statewide Consumer Satisfaction Survey

Perform a Statewide Consumer Satisfaction Survey; assist the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation with development and delivery of multlmedla training; provide rehabliltation engineeflng services for OVR customers; promote the Statewide Council for Vocational Rehabilitation public awareness and advocacy initiatives, provide consultation, technical assistance and training to management, counseling and other professional staff on person~centered planning and supported self~ernployment, provide organization support for the MSO Job Placement Project designed to lower the cost of specialized Job placement services for individuals with the most significant disabilities, provide personal care attendant servIces to staff with disabilities
