Statewide Consumer Satisfaction Survey

Extended Description Perform a Statewide Consumer Satisfaction Survey; assist the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation with development and delivery of multimedia training; provide rehabilitation engineering services for OVR customers; promote the Statewide Council for Vocational Rehabilitation public awareness and advocacy initiatives; provide consultation, technical assistance and training to management, counseling and other professional staff on person-centered planning and supported self-employment; provide organization support for the MSD Job Placement Project designed to lower the cost of specialized job placement services for individuals with the most significant disabilities.
