Grants and Contracts Details
Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet desires to continue improving its asset
management capabilities. The Cabinet has achieved some success in identifying high
level investment goals and objectives, inventorying its physical assets, periodically
assessing the condition of these assets, establishing performance measures, developing
tools to analyze different investment strategies, and gathering customer feedback.
Beginning in 1997, the Cabinet commissioned the Kentucky Transportation Center to
gather, analyze, and document customer perceptions of numerous highway
characteristics. The last year customer feedback was gathered was in 2004. The Cabinet
desires to update information concerning customer perceptions of these highway
characteristics
