PON2 728 25*0986 Point of Care Testing - UKRF KIRP C5612 Abstract/Summary: This project is a partnership between the Viral Hepatitis Program and community medical providers to link persons with substance use disorder to Hepatitis C treatment. Funds will be used to integrate Hepatitis screening, con?rmatory testing and Hepatitis C treatment into harm reduction services through telehealth services. Funds will support provider time and e ort, clinical space, incentives associated with treatment milestones, case management, vein scanners, medical supplies, and transportation assistance to and from medical appointments, as needed. The goal of this project is to address common barriers for persons with substance use disorder when accessing treatment for hepatitis C.
