Summer Leadership Program

ABSTRACT – Summer Leadership Experience In order to assist OVR in developing programs in alignment with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity ACT Pre-Employment Transitions Services required activities for students, UK/HDI has developed a five-day summer transitions camp for students with disabilities in the Central Kentucky area who are eligible for OVR services. This program is specifically designed for high school students who have expressed an interest in transitioning into higher education and who have been recommended by their Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors.
