Superintendent Testing and Training

The provider win conduct one Board and Relations Module, one Learning Module. end one Assessment Center and during 2004·2005. UK will provide support for this InitIative because the Kentucky Department 01 Education Is not staffed to conduct this statutory responsibility. The project r9Qulres up to 15 trainers in 4 modules and 3 assessment centers. All training and testing must occur by June 30, 2005. The Kentucky Department of Educetlon will oversee the project. KRS 185.I 1 is the directive. Method of Payment One-fourth upon approval of Master Agreement with receipt of InvoIce from vendor. Vendor will thereafter Invoice on a quarterty cost reimbursement basis including a line item summary 01 expenditures consistent with the budget submitted to KDE. A flna) Invoice must be submitted by June 24, 2005. Any unencumbered balance must be refunded with the submission of the fina1lnvo;ce or not later than 30 calendar days of the contract expiration.
