Description
Over the past year, the ACCESS Support team has been exploring the use of AI-based
approaches to answer questions from ACCESS users. These efforts have resulted in work
toward a new Q&A service where feedback from early users has been very promising and
clearly demonstrates the need for, and value of, a Q&A service that helps users quickly get
answers to their questions. However, it has also highlighted new/additional capabilities and
features that are needed by users and/or RPs – capabilities and features that were unknown at
the time when ACCESS was first proposed. This supplement request will develop the new Q&A
service features needed by ACCESS users and/or RPs.
