Support for Student Participation in the International Conference on Electron, Ion, and Photon Beam Technology and Nanofabrication; Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, May 29 to June 1, 2018

Grants and Contracts Details

Description

We propose support enabling students to attend The 62nd International Conference on Electron, Ion and Photon Beam Technology and Nanofabrication, 2018, to be held in Puerto Rico from May 29 to June 1, 2018. This conference is preeminent in the fields of nanofabrication, electron and ion-beam lithographies, photon and imprint lithographies, particle-beam optics, and emerging applications of nanofabrication. The proposed travel aid will enable students to present their research to a high-level international scientific community. They will observe how scientists and engineers exchange innovative ideas and other information, and they will hear first-hand presentations of up-to-date research results in nanoscale science and technology.
