Support for UKRF to Update the Kentucky GRAZE Tool

The objective of this agreement will be to update the existing Graze NRCS tool so that it will work on current computers (desktop mode) and mobile devices. This project will also analyze and update the underlying data and logic for the model. The model will be based on Kentucky data, with an eye towards making it able to be modified for other states/forages/conditions. Also included in this project we will be preparing training materials for education of CES agents and NRCS personnel. Once created, we will conduct training for CES/NRCS personnel and collect feedback for corrections or suggested changes.
