Description
The Supports for Community Living is a Kentucky Medicaid program home and community-based waiver providing an alternative to institutional care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Kentucky.
HDI will aid in the administration of the SCL Waiver program through the provision of high quality staff who will provide statewide assistance.
