Grants and Contracts Details
Description
2.1 Primary Objectives
1. To test the hypothesis that improvement in myocardial perfusion by CABO combined with intensive
medical therapy (MED) improves long-term survival compared to MED alone in patients with LV
dysfunction and CAD amenable to CABO.
2. To test the hypothesis that in patients with anterior LV akinesia, LV shape and size optimization by SVR
combined with CABO and MED improves long-term survival free of cardiac hospitalization compared to
CABO and MED without SVR.
