Description

In FY 2017 UK-CDAR proposes to continue the partnership with the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) in providing Targeted Assessment Program (TAP) services, co-locating Targeted Assessment Specialist positions at the DCBS Division of Family Support and the Division of Protection and Permanency offices in 35 Kentucky counties including: Barren, Boone, Boyd, Breathitt, Bullitt, Campbell, Christian, Daviess, Fayette, Floyd, Hardin, Henderson, Hopkins, Jefferson, Johnson, Kenton, Knott, Laurel, Lee, Letcher, McCracken, Madison, Magoffin, Martin, Muhlenberg, Nelson, Ohio, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Pulaski, Rowan, Union, Warren, and Wolfe. The distribution across DCBS Protection and Permanency and Family support service regions is shown the statewide maps in Figures 1 and 2.
