Description

To develop and administer a Targeted Assessment Project that conducts screenings and assessments, works with case managers, clients and local service providers in facilitating appropriate referrals and client follow through. Services will be provided to Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP) recipients and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) eligible Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) clients at sites designated by the Cabinet for Families and Children. To provide work substance abuse/domestic violence services to K-TAP recipients at five (5) pilot project sites designated by the Cabinet.
