Grants and Contracts Details
Description
The current application focuses on a collaboration with Drs. Spaller and Mukhopadhyay, will provide critical insight towards the goal of developing a clinically efficacious GIPC1 inhibitor for use in cancer. We will utilize X-ray crystallography to define the atomic basis for interaction of GIPC1 with small molecular inhibitors. We will then couple insights from these structural tools to work collaboratively to iteratively optimize and develop a potent and specific inhibitor.
