Scope of Work University of Kentucky Project Title: Technical Assistance for HIV/AIDS Surveillance in Haiti Principle Investigator: Chris Delcher, PhD Project Period: 05/01/2021 to 09/30/2021 Description: The University of Kentucky will perform technical assistance for the Haitian Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP). Dr. Chris Delcher, Director of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy (IPOP), will lead project analyses to evaluate Haiti’s national surveillance system of HIV/AIDS called the Haitian Active Longitudinal Tracking of HIV System, with the French acronym of SALVH (Suivi Actif Longitudinal du VIH en Haïti). Specific project deliverables are listed below. # Deliverables Total Project Data Quality Control of the 3 EMRs Time 1 • 1.1- Identify missing data for each of the 3 EMRs for key variables 30% • 1.2- Identify misinformed data for each of the 3 EMRs 2 Elaboration and sharing of the procedure manual for de duplication (manual or 30% scripted) Contribution to the writing of articles for the epidemiological surveillance bulletin 30% of the NSLP 3 • 3.1 Preparing an article on HIV surveillance • 3.2 Preparing an article on the socio-demographic characteristics of Patients lost from January to December 2020. 4 Solutions support in the development of SALVH''s user guide 10%
